A skills-based, with multiple contact drills, hard-working volleyball camps
What separates the great from the good is a question that most high level athletes have and want to achieve! Our camps are energetic and full of hard work which makes them challenging, fun and completely worthwhile! Girls and boys finish each day exhausted, having been trained like a collegiate athlete, a professional athlete... even an Olympian. Sessions include a focus on core strength with a balance of individual skill training to master each skill followed up with combo touches to put it all together.

Our camps are about learning technique and mastering the basics at every position, with an emphasis on court awareness, in order to raise everyone's level of play to become an advanced player. This includes a daily core exercise workout and life lesson chats as a part of our camp experience.
